Grief is not straight; rather, it moves like waves, with good days and hard days mixed. Healing is not a race; love does not end, and everyone processes loss differently. 

Each person has their own story, personality, remembrance of their loved one and meaningful ways of coping. While not religious in nature, this workshop will offer a deeply spiritual experience while welcoming individual statements of various faith orientations and beliefs.

Components of this workshop include music, a sacred practice and small-group breakout sessions where you can share individual expressions and remembrances of your loved one. It is a welcoming occasion for those who are grieving to come together and honor the lives of those whom we mourn and why they have meant so much.
